At KWOK Beauty, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination. Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

KWOK Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Other events beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

KWOK Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

KWOK Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to KWOK Beauty due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to claim the package
  • Refused delivery
  • Any customer-related delivery issue

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they have been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

KWOK Beauty is not responsible for customs delays or packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
