Return & Refund Policy

At KWOK Beauty, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality beauty products that meet our standards and yours. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

For the health and safety of all our customers, all lip products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to:

·         Lip Glosses

·         Lip Liners

·         Lip Balms

·         Lip Scrubs

·         Lip Sets

·         Any other lip care or cosmetic products

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items, even if they are unopened or unused.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our facility. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

·         Your order number

·         A description of the issue

·         Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is processed promptly. For this reason, we are unable to modify, cancel, or combine orders once they have been submitted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if KWOK Beauty determines that a refund is appropriate, such as when an item is unavailable or in situations where we are unable to fulfill your order. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by KWOK Beauty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
